Any goods ordered from TIDEYDAVIES can be returned within 14 working days of delivery if you decide the product is not suitable for you.

Just complete the returns form that you will find inside the gift box, enclose this back inside the original gift box along with the goods, protective inner packaging and a copy of the original invoice and return the unused and undamaged goods to the returns address listed below. Please make sure the item is well packed using protective outer packaging. We also recommend that you insure the returned goods for their full value in case they are damaged or lost in transit. We cannot refund you if we do not receive the goods or they have been damaged on the return delivery.

We will refund you soon after the goods have arrived at the return address listed below as long as they are undamaged and unused. Unfortunately we cannot refund you for the delivery charges nor pay for the return delivery charges. Please ensure you read our Terms and Conditions for full details.
